[IGSSTATION-3976] VIL0 resubmitted, DoY 243 and 244

[Swepos Driften]

 Please be advised that daily RINEX data published for station VIL0 had missing data gaps for DoY 243 and 244. 
 
 The completed files have been resubmitted to BKG and OLG. 
 
The station is also back since DoY 243.
 
 Apologies for any inconveniences this may cause.
