[IGSSTATION-3936] CRAO: data publication resuming

Dear Colleagues,

The networking problems at the Simeiz, Ukraine (CRAO) station have been 
repaired.  Data publication has resumed and we are in the process of retrieving 
all the missing data since July 1st.  We will send a follow up message when all 
of the data have been retrieved and published.

We apologize for the inconvenience this outage may have caused.

Maintenance and operation of the CRAO station is a collaborative effort 
supported by JPL, UNAVCO, and the Crimean Astrophysical Observatory with funding 
provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission 
Directorate.
