[IGSSTATION-3904] GLSV: Data outage

Dear colleagues,

The observations at GLSV station was stopped on 25-JUL-2010 14:46 UTC due to
on-site computer failure. After installing a replacement computer the 
observations was resumed on 27-JUL-2010 18:20 UTC.

Data files for sessions 206P-206X, 207A-207X, 208A-208R are not available.

We apologize for the inconveniences.
