[IGSSTATION-3902] TRO1 - Hourly data missing

The hourly data from the station TRO1 is incomplete for DOY 207 and DOY
208 because we`ve changed the antenna (DOY207) and performed some
maintenance to the connection line (DOY 208). These data is lost.
