[IGSSTATION-3872] MAS1 - station back on-line

Dear colleagues,

Please be informed that a new PC has been installed (see IGS STATION mail 
3859 and EUREF mail 5259), and the GNSS station MAS1 is back on-line. The 
receiver and antenna have not been disturbed.

Unfortunately, no MAS1 data is available for the period 10188h-10195j.

We apologize for the inconveniences.
