[IGSSTATION-3848] ROTH: L5 tracking switched on

Tracking of L5 has been switched on at site ROTH (Antarctica). This site uses a LEICA GRX1200+GNSS. Apparently due to firmware limitations it tracks PRN25 but not PRN01. If you use these data please let me know if there are any issues.
