[IGSSTATION-3799] QUIN data available

Dear Colleagues,

Publication of data from QUIN(Quincy, CA) station has resumed after restoring the internet connectivity to the site.  Data(2010.127-on) from  "ASHTECH UZ-12" receiver and "ASH701945E_M    NONE" antenna will soon be available from Global Data Centers and JPL.

Maintenance and operations of the QUIN station is a collaborative effort supported by JPL, UNAVCO and the Mt. Hough Ranger District with funding provided by NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
