[IGSSTATION-3779]: IGN data collecting server problem

Dear Colleagues,

During the night our main data collecting server at IGN - France 
encountered a major failure, which has been fixed this morning.
Thus no data have been sent on time to OLG and BKG centers between 
session '146u' and '147e'. But all the missing files have been recovered 
and resubmitted.
The concerning GPS stations are :  AJAC, MARS, BRST, LMMF, REUN and ABMF.
