Dear Colleagues,

The Harvest Oil Platform station (HARV) has been repaired.  All missing data 
since October 1st have been recovered.  There was one outage that started on 
Oct. 31st (2009.304) 07:00 UTC and lasted until Nov. 2nd (2009.306) 16:45 UTC.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Maintenance and operation of the HARV station is a collaborative effort 
supported by Plains XP personnel, JPL, and UNAVCO, with funding provided by 
NASA's Earth Surface and Interior Focus Area - Science Mission Directorate.
