Dear colleagues,

As of August 27 (DOY239) 18:33UT, the DUBO IGS site collects GPS and GLONASS data. A Topcon receiver and AOAD/M_T antenna are now in operation with a Rubidium clock. A new site
log has just been submitted to IGS.  Note that the local contact has also changed from Michael Schmidt to Mark Caissy.
