[IGSSTATION-3275]: ADIS repair status

Dear colleagues,

we could not yet repair the IGS station ADIS.
We have sent the spare parts to Addis Ababa by DHL. According to
their tracking system the parcel reached Ethiopia but was not
delivered to the station operators. We have placed an investigation
request to DHL but there is no result yet.

Nevertheless we still intend to bring ADIS back into operation,
but as it seems now it will take some more time.
