To amplify on Marc's message, the level of cycle slips for
NISU is more than an order of magnitude greater than for
NIST -- see plots at:
http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/network/site/nisu.html
http://igscb.jpl.nasa.gov/network/site/nist.html
In fact, the NISU cycle slips are high enough to suggest
some problem with the hardware there (or snow covering the
antenna). Both MP1 and MP2 are on the high side too.
I would suggest to plan to decommission this site in the
near future.
On the down side, though, the data delivery latencies for
both stations are excessive (for the past ~40 d) and really
should be reduced (assuming the IGS CB plots are correct).
Also, both are registered with M type ("marker") DOMES
numbers whereas they both use the antenna ARPs as physical
reference points. It is too late to correct this now, but
please request S type ("system") DOMES numbers for such
points in the future.
