[IGSSTATION-2716]: GMSD: Updated Site Log and Resubmitted Previous RINEX Data

Subject: GPS Receiver change

Due to changing GPS receiver, site log of GMSD updated yesterday.
Our new GPS receiver (Novatel OEM-5 DL-V3-RT2) has identified
within IGS as "Receiver Type : NOV OEMV3-RT2" on RINEX header.

We have already corrected our RINEX header. Moreover, we have
resubmitted corrected previous RINEX data (DOY288〜342)
except DOY316, 317 and 332.
