Dear IGS colleagues,

The receiver JPS Legacy of the MDVJ station has completely broken down (at DOY 200) 
and reparing of it is impossible.  Therefore the time receiver of the Russian 
time and frequency service TTS-3 was connected at DOY 222 to the MDVJ 
antenna placed on the same position. 
It will work temporary untill we obtain new receiver (about to the end of September).
The log-file is corrected and the observation files are available from DOY 222 till now.
