[IGSSTATION-2458]: KOSG receiver succefully replaced

Dear colleagues,

As announced in IGSMAIL-2446 and EUREFMAIL-3965 the receiver at KOSG was replaced today. BEsides this solar panels have placed to supply power for the station.

Old receiver:   AOA SNR-12 ACT         229    3.3.32.4  (since 2000-11-27T15:16Z)
New receiver:   LEICA GRX1200GGPRO  356091   6.00/3.14

The old receiver was switched off at 08:00UTC and the new receiver was switched on at 13:08UTC. An updated log file was submitted after the change.

With the new receiver we will also start submitting hourly data for KOSG.

Pictures of the new setup with power panels providing the power will be available from http://gnss1.lr.tudelft.nl/dpga next week.
