ADVISORY:

The receiver at MOBS was replaced on DOY 024 00h00m with another ASHTECH
UZ-12. The data received since the installation of the new GPS receiver does
not show any of the previous data quality issues.

An updated site log is being submitted to IGS, and data from MOBS is now
being submitted to IGS from DOY 024. We apologise for any inconvenience that
this outage may cause.
