[IGSSTATION-757]: UNB1 - Antenna Power Splitter Inserted

A power splitter has been inserted temporarily in the antenna downlead of UNB1
in order to share the Javad antenna with a Trimble R7 receiver, which is
capturing L2C data. (This receiver is being called UNB3). The splitter was
inserted around 15:00 UT on 10 January 2006. There may be a slight degradation
of UNB1 data. Please let us know if you encounter any problems with UNB1 data.
