ADVISORY:

Normal data operations at YAR2 has been restored, from 03:00UT DOY 217.  A new
antenna splitter has been installed on site, this has resolved the issue of
reduced observations from YAR2 (commencing from 04:00UT DOY 215).

I apologise for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
