Advisory:  ALRT off-line

Our ALRT site (not RESO as stated in the previous advisory) has been down since Day 109 due to a UPS failure. Unfortunately, our on-site contact has been unable to to re-establish communications with the receiver to determine the amount of data loss. We hope to rectify the problem by tomorrow and will advise when normal operations have resumed.
