Advisory:  RESO data delivery resumed

Data communications to our RESO site were re-established on Day 327 (Nov 22) and data delivery to CDDIS resumed the same day. A few minutes of data were lost when the receiver and modem were reset. So far, operations appear to be back to normal. We apologize for the inconvenience.
