[IGSSTATION-256]: FAIR: new receiver, temporary data outage

Dear Colleagues,

The Ashtech UZ-12 receiver at Gilmore Creek Observatory, Alaska (FAIR) has been
replaced with a new UZ-12 unit (ref [IGSSTATION-235]) around 01:00 UTC today November
25th (2004.230). All backlogged data files will be published as soon as we can verify
the operation of the new receiver.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Maintenance and operations of the FAIR station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL, UNAVCO, and Gilmore Creek Observatory (NOAA), with funding provided by NASA's
Earth Science Enterprise.
