Dear Colleagues,

We are again publishing data from Quincy, CA (QUIN). Local lightning caused a power
outage and tripped breakers in the equipment trailer. Unfortunately, there were no
data recorded during the outage (2004.273 21:45UTC to 2004.275 18:00UTC).

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the QUIN station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL and UNAVCO with funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
