Dear Colleagues,

We are again publishing data from Quincy, CA (QUIN). A receiver reset has solved the
tracking problem and we are hopeful that's the last of it. There were no equipment
changes to the station and no log changes. Unfortunately, there were no data recorded
during the outage. Data publishing has resumed starting on doy 244 (August 31st,
2004).

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Maintenance and operations of the QUIN station is a collaborative effort supported by
JPL and UNAVCO with funding provided by NASA's Earth Science Enterprise.
