ADVISORY:

CEDU is currently experiencing prolonged brown-outs causing the GPS receiver
to malfunction. Only intermittent data will be available from DOY 228, until
normal power service has returned. A notification message will be sent once a
reliable power service has been restored to the area.

I apologise for the disruption to this service, and any inconvenience this
may cause.
