1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 999999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about -3321 ns (51699) & +2 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time. The ALGO clock was shifted +3319 ns at 18:00 utc, day 51701.
