Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm

Beginning with GPS week 1000, we introduce the new site BUCU (see IGS Mail
No. 2182) as a global analysis candidate station, assuming the following
nominal coordinates:
                                X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
BUCU (Bucaresti, Romania) 4093761.0361 2007793.7441 4445129.9736

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from PRN18 excluded the entire GPS week 1003.
WARNING: Data from BOR1, COCO, CRO1, GOLD, LAMA, LPGS, NYAL excluded day 087.
WARNING: Data from COCO, GOLD, LPGS, NYAL excluded day 088.
WARNING: Data from COCO, CSN1, GOLD, KELY, LPGS excluded day 089.
WARNING: Data from COCO, GOLD, KELY, MONP excluded day 090.
WARNING: Data from AMC2, COCO, SIO3 excluded day 091.
WARNING: Data from COCO, LPGS, QUIN, SIO3 excluded day 092.
WARNING: Data from KELY, NYAL, SIO3 excluded day 093.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
