Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 10.0 cm

Data from PRN05 and PRN22 were mismodeled on days 340 and 344 respectively,
and have been excluded from the corresponding days appropriately.

Beginning this week, we add a new candidate global station. As with other
sites, this station is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit and
clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following nominal
coordinates were assumed:
                                       X (m) Y (m) Z (m)
KUNM (Kunming, Yunnan, China) -1281255.5705 5640746.2094 2682880.1284

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: FAIR (not USNO) used as reference clock day 341.
WARNING: PIE1 (not USNO) used as reference clock day 345.
WARNING: Data from PRN05, BAHR, COCO, FORT, HARK, HOLB, HOLC, MDVO, MKEA, SANT, UPAD excluded day 340.
WARNING: Data from COCO, FORT, HARK, HOLB excluded day 341.
WARNING: Data from ASC1, COCO, HARK, HOLB, KOUR, KSTU, LPGS, MKEA, NSSP, NYAL excluded day 342.
WARNING: Data from COCO, GOLD, HARK, HOLB, KSTU, LPGS, MKEA, NYAL excluded day 343.
WARNING: Data from PRN22, COCO, HARK, HNPT, HOLB, MKEA excluded day 344.
WARNING: Data from COCO, HARK, HOLB, HOLC excluded day 345.
WARNING: Data from COCO, CRO1, FORT, HARK, HOLB, MKEA, NICO, NYAL excluded day 346.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
