JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0841 (DAYS 49-55, DATES 1996 Feb 18 - Feb 24)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:
J F Zumberge, D C Jefferson, M B Heflin, M M Watkins, F H Webb
all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.
Files listed below are available in Unix compressed format and can be
retrieved using anonymous ftp to sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov (128.149.70.41),
directory pub/jpligsac/0841. These files have also been sent to the CDDIS.

jpl08417.sum This text file.
jpl08417.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 841.
jpl08417.snx Ground station coordinates for GPS week 841, SINEX format.
jpl0841[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 841, sp3 format.

Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 18.8 cm
Beginning with this report, we include a one-line summary of all sites used
on at least one day in this week's orbit computations. This line begins
with the string "global: ", for easy location via text searching. [We
propose that all centers include a line in this format in their subsequent
IGS reports, so that common site comparisons may be facilitated.]
According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN09 was
unusable on days 053 and 054 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this
this satellite were deliberately not used on day 053. Additionally, data
from PRN09 did not meet our convergence criteria on days 054 and 055, and
were automatically excluded from the analyses of these days as well.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: ONSA (not ALGO) used as reference clock days 049-051.
WARNING: Data from GOLD, HART, KELY, MALI, TIBB excluded day 049.
WARNING: Data from BOGT, FORT, GOPE, LAMA, PERT excluded day 050.
WARNING: Data from LAMA, MATE, TABL, TIBB, ZWEN excluded day 051.
WARNING: Data from MATE, PIN1, POTS, ZWEN excluded day 052.
WARNING: Data from PRN09 excluded days 053-055.
WARNING: Data from HOLC, KOKB, MATE, PIN1, POTS, ZWEN excluded day 053.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, CRFP, HOLC, KRAK, MOIN, PIN1, POTS, SANT, TABL
excluded day 054.
WARNING: Data from BOGT, HOLC, KRAK, LAMA, TIBB, ZWEN excluded day 055.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)

defined in IGS Mail Message 37, for GPS week 841:
