REMARKS on EMR products:
1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock
comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
a satellite).
ALGO clock error & drift were about 1350 ns (50278) & 38 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS.
2. We have removed PRN14 from the EMR sp3 for 96jul15 (DAY 197)
due to modelling problems.
3. We have removed PRN14 from the EMR sp3 for 96jul16 (DAY 198)
due to repositioning.
4. We have removed PRN16 from the EMR sp3 for 96jul17 (DAY 199)
due to modelling problems.
