JPL ANALYSIS REPORT GPS-WEEK 0862 (DAYS 196-202, DATES 1996 Jul 14 - Jul 20)
******************************************************************************
Submitted by the JPL IGS/FLINN Analysis Team:
J F Zumberge, D C Jefferson, M B Heflin, M M Watkins, F H Webb
all at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, California Institute of Technology,
Pasadena, CA 91109.
Files listed below are available in Unix compressed format and can be
retrieved using anonymous ftp to sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov (128.149.70.41),
directory pub/jpligsac/0862. These files have also been sent to the CDDIS.

filename contents
______________________________________________________________________________
jpl08627.sum This text file.
jpl08627.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 862.
jpl08627.snx Ground station coordinates for GPS week 862, SINEX format.
jpl0862[0-6].sp3 GPS ephemerides for GPS week 862, sp3 format.
______________________________________________________________________________
Median Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 14.0 cm
According to the file nanu1996.mes obtained from the IGS CBIS, PRN14 was
unusable on day 198 for maintenance/repositioning. Data from this satellite
did not meet our convergence criteria on this nor the previous day (197),
and were excluded from the analyses of both days.
Also, PRN16 appears to be poorly modeled on days 199 and 200. We have
removed this satellite from these days' orbit products, namely jpl08623.sp3
and jpl08624.sp3.
Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from DGAR, GRAZ, KRAK, LPGS, USC1, WETT, WINT excluded day 196.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, KELY, WETT excluded day 197.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, WETT excluded day 198.
WARNING: Data from HKLO excluded day 199.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, GUAM excluded day 200.
WARNING: Data from DGAR excluded day 201.
WARNING: Data from DGAR, WTZR excluded day 202.
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
