   WARNING :  ALGO's receiver was changed on December 19 at 00:00 UT.
	      See IGSMAIL #1499 for reference.

1. ALGO receiver clock used as reference time. In the sp3 EPH file sat. clock
   correction value of 99999.999999 microseconds indicates that the direct clock 
   comparison with the reference clock is not available (e.g. ALGO not observing
   a satellite).

   ALGO clock error & drift were about 650 nsec (50432) & 29 nsec/day w.r.t. 
   GPS time.
   ALGO clock error & drift were about 191 nsec (50436) & 33 nsec/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.
