Mean Orbit Repeatability (see table below): 17.9 cm

Beginning this week, we include data from MOIN (Costa Rica). As with most
stations, this site is given the opportunity to participate in the orbit
and clock solution as the global site distribution varies. The following
nominal coordinates were assumed:

       X =   755387.5220 m, Y = -6236571.4537 m, Z =  1098837.5351 m

Due to potential problems, data from stations mentioned below were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)

WARNING: Data from HBRK, HKLO, PERT, TROM, VCIO, WSMN excluded on day 246.
WARNING: Data from NYAL, PAMA, PERT excluded on day 247.
WARNING: Data from CHIL, DAV1, FAIR, TROM, USC1, WETT excluded on day 248.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, FAIR, HKLO, JPLM, KIRU, LAMA, USC1, WEST excluded on
         day 249.
WARNING: Data from DAV1, FAIR, NYAL, PERT, USC1 excluded on day 251.
WARNING: Data from AOA1, KOKB, LBCH, MAS1, NYAL excluded on day 252.

In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the integrated values based on estimated
LODR values in the adjacent column. See IGS Report No. 1498 (jpl07827.sum)
