REMARKS: Starting this week we have changed our orbit summary. Instead of the
3-day arc we are now fitting a 7-day arc using our long-arc orbit
modelling technique which is well known from the weekly IGS orbit
combinations. In this new table an "E" behind a satellite means that
it was eclipsing during some time of the 7-day arc.
Day 246: We started to include the site GOPE (Pecny, Czech Republic)
in our daily processing ( 3-SEP-1995).
Approximate coordinates:
GOPE X = 3979316.25 Y = 1050312.34 Z= 4857067.01
Day 249: PRN 23: Due to modelling problems a new state vector was set
up on September 6, at 0 and 24 UTC for all 3-day-solutions
Day 250: PRN 23: Due to modelling problems a new state vector was set
up on September 7, at 0 and 24 UTC for all 3-day-solutions
Day 251: PRN 23: Due to modelling problems a new state vector was set
up on September 8, at 0 and 24 UTC for all 3-day-solutions
Day 252: PRN 23: Due to modelling problems a new state vector was set
up on September 9, at 0 and 24 UTC for all 3-day-solutions
