PROCESSING UPDATE
Beginning with the analysis of day 001 (Jan 1, 1995), several processing
changes have taken place:
1. Coordinates for the 13 IGS constrained sites are fixed to the ITRF93 values
given in IGSMAIL #819 for computation of our orbits and earth orientation
parameters.
2. Pseudorange data from DAV1 are not included in our analyses.
3. We are now reporting UT1R-UTC derived only from GPS. This UT1 product has
been continuously integrated without reset since GPS Week 772 in October,
1994 (MJD 49648.0) when it was initialized with an IERS Bulletin B final
smoothed value. UT1 values for the two months prior to Jan. 1, 1995 are
available to interested parties. The uncertainties and correlations
reported for UT1 in the jpl0www7.erp file reflect the uncertainty for the
single day integration only, and thus do not reflect the growth with time
due to random walk growth and to systematic orbit error. Such corrections
may be included after the spectral properties of this series become more
evident.
4. Starting this week, we compute one line's worth of `engineering data' every
day for each receiver and transmitter. An excerpt of the result from Jan 1,
1995, is shown below. The file is available from the anonymous ftp area of
sideshow.jpl.nasa.gov, in pub/jpligsac/ytd.eng (`ytd' for `year-to-date').
Information consists of (i) clock characteristics (noise, drift, and offset),
(ii) number and rms residuals of pseudorange and phase measurements, and
(iii) number of phase breaks determined during pre-fit editing, and total
number following continuity check of post-fit residuals.

GENERAL
Due to potential problems, data from the following stations were not
considered for use in the global solution for the day indicated. (For
geographical reasons, they may not have been used in any case.)
WARNING: Data from DAV1, KERG excluded on day 001 (Jan 1).
WARNING: Data from NYAL, TROM excluded on days 002 through 005 (Jan 2-5).
In the following table, UT1R-UTC are the assumed nominal values from IERS
Bulletin-B predicts; estimated LODR values are also included. See IGS Mail
Message 97 for details.
