REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. ALGO hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
epochs with no reference (e.g. ALGO not observing a satellite) have a value
of 99999.999999 microseconds.
ALGO clock error & drift were about -1595 ns (49487) & -25 ns/day w.r.t.
GPS time.
2. PRN6 (SVN36) was removed from the sp3 orbit file on May17 (day137) and
from processing on May 18 (day138) due to modelling problems.
3. MCMU was excluded from orbit processing from May17 to 20 (days 137 to 140)
due to data problems.
4. NRC1 was used as time reference on May18 (day 138), due to a small data gap
at ALGO. NRC1 clock error and drift were about -560ns (49490) & -10 ns/day.
