REMARKS on EMR's products:
1. NRC1 hydrogen maser used as a time reference. In the sp3 EPH file sat.
   epochs with no reference have a value of 999999.999999 microseconds. 
   NRC1 clock error & drift were about -240 ns (49571) & -7 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.
   (ALGO clock error & drift were about -560 ns (49571) & -20 ns/day w.r.t.
   GPS time.) 
2. The first few hours of data deleted at DAV1 (data problems) for
   most days of this week.
3. KOSG pseudorange data was excluded from orbit processing for this week
   due to problem data
4. Less than 30% of the usual amount of data for PRN20 on Aug07-8/94
   (Day's 219-220). PRN20 set unhealthy on Aug 09/94 only.
5. MCMU pseudorange problem on Aug 09/94 (Day 221). All pseudorange data
   deleted for this day.
