Anti-spoofing was in effect for Sep 17-20. Because of unmodeled biases in
pseudorange observables from a Rogue operating in cross-correlation mode
(typical during AS periods), we use a new no-pseudorange analysis strategy
for this period. Pseudorange data are still used in the data-editing step, but
are _not_ used in the parameter-estimation step (as evidenced by the near-50%
values in the Ground Station Table for days 260 and 261). An elevation cutoff
of 20 degrees is used, and an a priori uncertainty of 300 m is assumed for phase
biases. The a priori values of the phase biases are based on the pseudorange
in the data-editing step. Finally, solar radiation pressure parameters are
model as constant rather than stochastic.
Data from TIDB (Tidbinbilla, Australia), GOLD (Goldstone, CA, USA), and MADR
(Madrid, Spain) from Sep 16 (day 259) were not used (see IGS Message Number
341). Also, data from WETT were excluded from the analyses of days 260 and 261
(Sep 17,18), as were data from ONSA (Onsala, Sweden) and PINY (Pinyon Flats,
CA ) on days 261 and 262 respectively. Data from these sites and days are not
well modeled.
WARNING: Data from CANB, GOLD, and MADR were excluded for day 259 (Sep 16).
WARNING: Data from WETT were excluded for days 260 and 261 (Sep 17,18).
WARNING: Data from ONSA were excluded for day 261.
WARNING: Data from PINY were excluded for day 262 (Sep 19).
