 3. REMARKS: -This week has been recomputed with a new strategy.
              From this week on, the station clock biases will be
              estimated in the orbit determination process.

             -RCM4 was excluded the whole week because of
              problems with the data.

             -On days 260 and 261 AS on for all Block II satellites.
