 3. REMARKS: SV-29/PRN29 has been excluded from processing on days 248 and 249
             (Sept 5 and 6 1993), because of lack of observations. For day 250
             only a very few observations were available  for SV-29/PRN29,  so
             its orbit is weakly determined on that day.
                  RCM4 has been excluded in our processing from day 250 on for
             the rest of the week, because of RCM4-data problems.
