jpl07137.erp Earth rotation parameters for GPS week 713.
jpl0713[0-2].sp1,sp3   GPS ephemerides for Sun, Sep 05 through Tue, Sep07;
                        sp1 and sp3 formats (no PRN29)
jpl0713[3-6].sp1,sp3   GPS ephemerides for Wed, Sep 08 through Sat, Sep11;
                        sp1 and sp3 formats (including PRN29)
______________________________________________________________________________

According to the file gpsn3.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN29/GPS29
was unsuable from day 246 09:18 to day 251 22:16 UT. Broadcast ephemeris data
AND tracking data were not available for this satellite on day 248 (Sept. 5).
Therefore, no solution was realized for it on this day. Additionally, although
it was used in the analyses, we have chosen to exclude results for PRN29 from
the posted orbit files for days 249 and 250 (Sept. 6,7). Its data were
deweighted for the processing of day 251. These notes are all indicated in the
orbit tables below.

WARNING: Results for PRN29/GPS29 are not included for days 249, 250 (Sep 6,7).
WARNING: Data from PRN29/GPS29 have been deweighted for day 251 (Sep 8).
