______________________________________________________________________________
As in previous weeks, data from PRN11/GPSO8 have been deweighted; orbit
repeatabilites remain at the meter-level. Also, data from PRN03/GPS11 and
PRN14/GPS14 were deweighted for February 21 (day 052) only. As per IGSMESS.209,
data from MCMU have not been included for the entire week of analysis. Orbit
overlap statistics for February 27 (day 058) were derived using only the
previous day, hence the 3d-rss is only quoted to 1 decimal place.
According to the file gpstd.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, A-S testing
occured during the following periods for week 685:
"20 Feb 1700 UT to 21 Feb 0200 UT" (days 051, 052)
"26 Feb 1200 UT to 26 Feb 2200 UT" (day 057)
"27 Feb 2200 UT to 28 Feb 0200 UT" (days 058, 059)
All cross-correlated data were included in our processing, and the following
measures were taken for AS days only (see jpl06847.sum also):
(1) we only accepted data above 20 degrees elevation (instead of the usual
15 degrees);
(2) pseudorange data were greatly deweighted relative to the carrier phase
(relative weight ratio of 10**-8 instead of the usual 10**-4).
(However, unlike week 684, data from the TurboRogue receivers at HARV, PIE1,
QUIN, and VNDP were NOT deliberately excluded.)
WARNING: Data from PRN11/GPSO8 have been deweighted for the entire GPS week 685.
WARNING: Data from PRN03/GPS11 and PRN14/GPS14 have been deweighted for day 052.
WARNING: The measurement of LODR for February 27 (day 058) appears to be an outlier, although we are unable to discern exactly why. There is no evidence that clock instability is the cause.
