 1. SOFTWARE USED:   GPSOBS/BAHN-Version 5

 2. MODELS USED AND PARAMETERS ESTIMATED/FIXED:

 3. REMARKS: On day 064 (05 March) we tried to estimate a manoeuvre for
             spacecraft SV-14/PRN14. According to our results the mano-
             euvre happened around 16:45 UTC. Contrary to experiences
             of former manoeuvers, in this case we were not able to
             estimate amount and direction of the velocity increment
             exactly, and on the following day 065 SV-14 seems to be
             worse too. The manouvre for SV-14 was announced in CAN-
             space mail of 17 February 1993.
                  On day 065 (and obviously also on the following days
             of week 0687) ground station DRAO has problems with the
             receiver clock (IGS Mail 217). So we excluded DRAO from
             our processing of day 065.
