PRN09/GPS39 was not modeled properly for the analyses of days 335-338 (Dec 1 -
Dec 4). Therefore, we have excluded this satellite from our processing for days
335 and 336, and deweighted data from it for days 337 and 338. Also, due to
lack of data from PRN25/GPS25, atypically large values of orbit repeatability
were realized for days 335-337. (According to the NANU's posted at
tycho.usno.navy.mil, this satellite was declared unusable from 19:04 on day 335
to 19:41 on day 339.)

The measurement of LODR for day 333 (Nov 29) appears to be an outlier, although
we are unable to discern exactly why.

WARNING: Data from PRN09/GPS39 have been excluded for days 335 and 336.
WARNING: Data from PRN09/GPS39 have been deweighted for days 337 and 338.
