 3. REMARKS: SV-15/PRN15 has been manoeuvred on day 214 (2 Aug). We have esti-
             mated an along track delta-v of +125 mm/sec at epoch 17:03:30 UTC
             on 2 Aug.  The manoeuvre  also explains  the bad orbit comparison
             results in  Table 5 for  SV-15/PRN15  for days  214, 215 and 216,
             since  the manoeuvre caused  large deviations between  the orbits
             being predicted from previous day and the corresponding estimated
             orbits including the manoeuvre. Since we work with overlaps,  the
             manoeuvre had to be estimated on day 215 too,  which also  influ-
             ences the orbit comparison on day 216.
