As PRN09/GPS39 is still a relatively new satellite to the constellation, we
have deweighted its data for this week's analysis. Also, according to the
file gpsn3.txt, obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN15/GPS15 was scheduled
unusable from day 214 (Aug 2) 15:15 UT to day 215 (Aug 3) 02:10 UT for
repositioning. We have therefore deweighted data from this satellite on both
days.

According to IGS Mail Message 305, the antenna at KOKB (Kokee Park) was
displaced on day 214 between 18:15 and 21:57 UT. We have subsequently excluded
data from this site for this day's analysis.

WARNING: Data from PRN09/GPS39 has been deweighted for the entire GPSweek 708.
WARNING: Due to the maneuver of PRN15/GPS15, data from this satellite has been deweighted for days 214 and 215 (August 2 and 3).
WARNING: Data from KOKB has been deleted for day 214 (Aug 2), as the antenna
         was temporarily relocated.
