 3. REMARKS: During a careful check  of our ERP-files we have found, that UT1R
             must be replaced by UT1, since the ERP-files are  referred to UT1
             instead of UT1-regularized. We have corrected this error and from
             now on you will  find UT1 instead of UT1R in our  weekly ERP- and
             Summary-files.
