According to the file gpstd.txt obtained from tycho.usno.navy.mil, PRN09/GPS39
was launched on day 177 (June 26, 1993). This satellite was tracked by some
GPS sites as early as day 187. However, its data have been excluded for the
entire week.
Due to a recent glitch in bodhi operations, data from some sites were included
twice on some days, having the effect of a decrease in the assumed data noise
for such days and sites by sqrt(2). These site-days have been flagged in the
the JPL GROUND STATION INCLUSION TABLE with a caret (^).
WARNING: Data from PRN09/GPS39 have been excluded for the entire GPSweek 705.
