We continue to deweight data from PRN11/GPS08; orbit repeatabilites for this
spacecraft remain at the meter-level. Also, according to the file gpsn1.txt
obtained from tycho.usno.mil, PRN18/GPS18 was scheduled unusable for up to 8
hours on March 17 (day 076), beginning at 15:15 UT (a maneuver). With this
information, and conforming to our 30-hr data processing interval, we have
chosen to delete PRN18 on days 076 and 077 as well.

We continue to deweight data for the new satellite PRN22/GPS22. However, no
broadcast ephemeris data was available for PRN22/GPS22 on March 19 and 20;
therefore, we have excluded this satellite from our processing for these two
days. Lastly, although PRN03 was deweighted on March 19, there is no evidence
of anomolous behavior for this satellite.

Data from MCMU have been excluded for the entire week of analysis in accordance
with IGS Message Nos. 209. Tracking data from FAIR has be re-instated to our
analyses for this week, after being cleared for usage by JPL GPS Network
Operations. Finally, data from NLIB has been weighted normally for the entire
week of analysis.

WARNING: Data from PRN03/GPS11 have been deweighted for day 078 (Mar 19).
WARNING: Data from PRN11/GPS08 have been deweighted for the entire GPSweek 688.
WARNING: Due to the maneuver of PRN18/GPS18, data from this satellite have been deleted for days 076 and 077 (Mar 17,18).
WARNING: Data from PRN22/GPS22 have been deweighted for days 073 and 075-077 (Mar 14,16-18); data from this satellite have been deleted for days 078 and 079 (Mar 19,20) as no broadcast data were available.
WARNING: Data from MCMU have been excluded for the entire GPSweek 688.
