[IGSMAIL-8775] Delay in IGS Rapid and Ultra-Rapid products

Dear Colleagues,

Due to erroneous inputs, our software failed to process the following epochs automatically and there was a delay in their release:

Rapid
20262950000
20262960000

Ultra-Rapid
20262961200
29262970000

After identifying and removing the problem inputs, these products have been reprocessed and deposited to the global data centers.

We know that this delay caused outages and troubles for the community and we apologize for this. We are modifying the software to handle this issue more gracefully in the future,
