[IGSMAIL-8772] Virtual meeting of IGS BAR committee

Dear colleagues,

The IGS BAR (Bias & Ambiguity Resolution) Committee is going to hold an annual virtual meeting from 12:00-14:00 UTC on Oct. 29th. The meeting will report the lates progress of IGS BAR and discuss the next steps within the BAR community. We have invited three speakers to talk about relevant issues for BAR.
